Nursing Position in East Stroudsburg, PA

We are seeking qualified candidates for an in-home licensed RN/LPN to work with a young woman in East Stroudsburg, PA. She is very sweet, and lives in a clean, well-maintained home. She loves to be included in conversations and she loves to be read to. She enjoys going out in the community and visiting family.

In addition to supporting activities of daily life, other supports may include, communication support, educational support by attending school Monday through Friday, prompting through tasks, problem solving, and community engagement.

Shifts available:

• 7:30-3:30 - Monday through Friday or 8:00 -3:00 every other weekend

• Hours can be flexible up to 40 hours per week

Requirements:

• Have current tracheostomy/ventilator training, or willing to get trained upon hire

• Clean criminal background

Pay:

• $30 per hour

*Experienced staff will:

-Accompany young woman to school
-Be responsible for the supervision, safety, and welfare of the individual at all times.
-Be responsible for establishing and maintaining a productive daily activity pattern by consistently facilitating the individual’s individual support plan (ISP).
-Provide skills training, assistance and/or supervision to the individual in the areas of daily living
-Serve as a member of the team for the development of ISP. Gives feedback on the individual's performance in accomplishing goals and objectives of the ISP.
-Coordinate, organize and/or assist with household activities per individual’s ISP goals.

Pay: $30.00 per hour
