NURSERY AIDE Job at First Children Services
Nursery/Child Care Aides Needed!
A Cape May County Regional Day School, located in Cape May Court House, has openings for their Child Care/Nursery program for Nursery Aides. Aides will work with babies from newborn age through 2 ½ years old.
Hours are Monday-Friday, approximately 8:00am-2:00pm with a ½ hour unpaid lunch. Will perform routine duties in caring for children, maintain a safe, clean, physical environment, and engage children in age-appropriate activities in a supportive and caring manner.
Competitive hourly rate from $16.00 + depending on experience. Must be fingerprinted if hired.
Required skills: Previous experience in a Child Care center setting required. Knowledge of Child Care center regulations and requirements. Ability to communicate effectively with parents, children and fellow staff members. Reliability is a must. High School diploma required, Early Childhood Education background strongly preferred. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
