Night Auditor / Front Desk Job at Bella Vista Hotel & Suites
We are looking for a Night Auditor to assist guests with their overnight requests and balance accounts from the day shift. Ultimately you will provide excellent customer service to guests and keep the front desk and accounting operations running smoothly. Schedule will include weekends and weekdays. Some hours may be available on other shifts.
Responsibilities:
- Perform all check-in and check-out tasks
- Answer phones and take reservations
- Inform guests about payment methods and verify their credit card data
- Respond to guest requests, complaints and emergencies in a timely and professional manner
- Reconcile accounts & end of day reports
- Balance cash drawer
- Keep accurate financial records and ledgers
- Prior front desk or night audit experience preferred
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $14.00 per hour

- Hotel experience: 1 year (Preferred)
