Expo Marketing is looking to expand to 4 new markets within the next 6 - 12 months, namely Atlanta- GA, Miami - FL, Austin - TX& Jacksonville- FL. In efforts to do so we are looking to groom and train 6 - 8 employees into the position of Junior Brand Manager with that time from who will be deployed in these aforementioned markets to manage them on the companies behalf.

We firmly believe in organic growth from within thus are willing to train these individuals from an entry-level, into this junior management role within the time frame mentioned. We believe a blank canvas is alot easier to paint on that covering up a used one

Job Description / Daily requirements:

(1 - 2 Months in);

1. Public speaking - daily addresses given to staff

2. Inventory Management - first for self and then later for a team of 10 to 20 employees

3. Revenue generation - we represent a telecommunication fortune 500 company and drive their market share in the Pennsylvania and New York Markets. We also test out new markets to see if they are viable to deploy new offices into

4. Staff Training - Once an individual is fully acclimated with their responsibilities they will be tasked with the training of others to do other responsibilities

(3 - 4 months in);

5. Team Lead & Management - within the first 3-4 months a team of 4-5 employees shall be dedicated to work under this individual and will become this individuals responsiblity manage their performance and development

6. Financial Reporting - Individual, team and eventually office financial performance shall be required to be produced on a daily, weekly and eventually monthly reporting basis

7. Human Resources & Talent Aquisition

(5 - 6 months in)

8. Office Management - by this time this individual should be able to management the entire office on a macro level and ensure the smooth day to day operation the office and all employees
