The NetSuite Administrator / Integration Specialist is responsible for the operation, administration, and maintenance of the company ERP system. This role will serve as the subject matter expert for all ERP integration projects, conduct ongoing software evaluations, implementations, and identify the need for system customization and maintenance across the organization. Furthermore, this position will play a critical role in the identification of potential gaps or inefficiencies in existing configurations and work closely with the internal teams to remediate them. This role is also responsible for analyzing and providing assistance to the customer facing teams on issues with existing eCommerce integrations, workflows, and processes.

This position will interface with Accounting, Operations, Procurement, Product and Engineering teams to develop best-in-class usage. The NetSuite Administrator / Integration Specialist is responsible for making sure NetSuite is operating smoothly, as well as managing item records in all systems.

Your responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Lead complete, end-to-end NetSuite implementation projects by translating complex business requirements and processes into NetSuite designs.
  • Develop relationships with NetSuite representatives and other third-party vendor teams to effectively troubleshoot and resolve issues.
  • Liaise between internal uses and external resources; translate requirements and specifications to all.
  • Collaborate and work closely with in-house teams to implement custom solutions.
  • Monitor and maintain platform health, including system performance, scheduled jobs, and API integrations.
  • Manage configuration changes to fields, workflows, roles/permissions, forms, records, saved searches and reports to streamline processes for all departments.
  • Responsible for management and on-going development of in-house EDI Administrator
  • Point of contact for True Commerce and Celigo
  • Leverages NetSuite integration knowledge and acumen (Inventory, Warehouse Management, Procure to Pay) along with EDI knowledge, to continuously improve integration capabilities, processes, and data quality.
  • Builds standard solution templates for different business use cases and drives standardization to foster and build a quality, flexible, and scalable environment.
  • Drives and designs creative solutions for challenging customer integration requirements.
  • Implement new EDI functionality to meet changing business, regulatory, and compliance needs.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • HS Diploma or GED
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States and have IDs needed to verify
  • English proficient (reading, writing, speaking, comprehension)
  • Computer savvy; proficient with Microsoft Office, especially Excel
  • Must be extremely detail oriented, and organized
  • Exceptional communication and intrapersonal skills

Education/Experience/License Requirements:

  • Strong technical background in NetSuite, EDI, and other platforms
  • 3+ years’ experience with NetSuite, plus a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
  • 3+ years’ experience working with systems implementations and third-party providers / EDI
  • Must have hands-on technical experience in NetSuite stack that includes SuiteScripts, Suitetalk, Restlets, and Workflows, preferably in a manufacturing environment
  • Functional knowledge of supply chain, inventory, and accounting modules in NetSuite ERP required
  • Strategic planner with ability to plan, design, build, and deliver holistic, scalable EDI solutions
  • Familiarity with middleware integration tools (i.e., Celigo)
  • Ability to have detailed conversations with business and operations to understand their requirements and provide solutions
  • Strong customer-focus and business acumen, while focusing on communications and stakeholder collaboration
  • Experience with change management by building, testing, and deploying changes across multiple environments
  • Proven record of accomplishment in a global, fast-paced environment; results-oriented with a consistent track record
  • Strong team player with creative thinking for providing innovative solutions
