Responsibilities:
Peraton is seeking an experienced Military Information Support Operations/Sensitive Activities Planner to conduct planning and coordination with the supported unit. Additionally, the planner will conduct direct liaison, integration, and synchronization with Combatant Command (COCOM) staff, subordinate units, and associated joint, interagency, intergovernmental and multi-national (JIIM) partners. MISO/SA Planner shall synchronize and de-conflict operations with the supported unit, joint components and CCMDs. Provide SME support to assess and assist Component, JTF and TF sensitive activities training, enabling them to develop executable SA plans. The planner may support sensitive activities, Deception Working Groups (DWG), Deception Planning Cells (DPC) or Operational Planning Teams (OPT).
This position is located US-NC-Fort Bragg.

The MISO/SA Planner is expected to provide:
  • Subject matter expertise and advising on military information support operations and joint information warfare planning
  • analytic problem solving
  • assessment of military deception executions (MOP/MOE)
  • creative use of information systems and information related capabilities (IRC)
  • integration with inter-agency and intelligence community (IC)
  • knowledge of and ability to develop innovative concepts to counter adversarial use of deception
  • significant or key cultural considerations that affect operational and tactical planning, security, accreditation, risk assessment(s)
Qualifications:
Basic Qualifications:
  • Must possess a Bachelor’s degree and 8 - 10 years of planning experience or a combined total of a minimum of 12 years between education and relevant service. Additional experience may be considered in lieu of education requirements:
  • Psychological Operations Qualifications Course (POQC), FA30 Information Operations Course, or service equivalent course
  • 1st IO Command MILDEC Certification or SOF MILDEC Course
  • Knowledge in JOPP and MDMP planning processes and expertise in developing operational-level MILDEC plans.
  • SOF planning processes; Army/Joint Targeting, IPB, Intelligence cycle, and COG analysis
  • Ability to work effectively within a task organized working group and expertise with planning, integrating, and coordinating with inter-agency and intelligence community entities.   • This position requires an Active Top Secret/SCI security clearance, based on current background investigation (SBI) and the ability to be granted access to SAP programs.
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen and able to obtain a U.S. Passport
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Masters of Military Art and Science, Strategic Communications, International Affairs, or similar related fields
  • Recent NMF, USCYBERCOM, or TSOC planning experience.
  • S. Army Command and General Staff College (CGSC) or Service College Equivalent
  • 5 years of strategic and operations planning at the Brigade and Division level, specific to SOF and interagency operations under Title 50
  • 5 years of experience of strategic and operational planning, coordination at the GCC level with a focus on sensitive and special operations, enabling SOF operations.
  • Expertise in coordination and planning of Special Activity Operations, to include capabilities, Tactics Techniques and Procedures (TTP), authorities, oversight and C4I requirements for all SOF and Title 50 operations.
