Family Based Mental Health Worker / Professional. Centerville Clinics, Inc., is seeking Bachelor and Master's level candidates to provide supportive therapeutic/case work services in harmony with the Mental Health Professional to effectively manage family crisis situations and to promote and sustain a stable living environment for the family. Assist the Family Based Mental Health Professional during home, school, or community visits/sessions and provide supportive counseling using identified techniques in relation to the family counseling goals and the treatment plan. Teach parents to be behavior change agents, which includes the skills needed to analyze behavior in terms of its antecedent and consequent conditions. Teach parents how to access and make use of a wide range of available community services. Provide therapeutic support/casework services for the families as well as the identified patient with appointed school personnel, Primary Care Physicians, Psychiatrist, Psychologist, Psychiatric Nurses, Blended Case Managers, Washington County MH/MR, Greene County MH/MR, Value Behavioral Health, Health Choices, as well as any other community based agency or program involved with the family and/or identified patient. Be available to assigned families 24 hours 7 days a week on a rotating schedule and provide back up for other team members when on call. Act 33 and FBI clearances required.
