- Schedule: Monday, Wednesday, Saturday: 12pm-7pm

Responsibilities include:
· Answer phones; respond to direct requests for information and/or forward messages to appropriate staff.
· Greet patients, collect intake forms, schedule appointments, and provide instructions, as required.
· Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email regarding product and service offerings.
· Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material
· Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries
· Perform other clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and faxing
Minimum Qualifications:
· High School education, but college preferred
· Excellent customer service skills
· Excellent oral and written communication skills
· Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint)
· Willingness and capacity to learn new spa booking software
· Willing to undergo a background check
· Professional attitude and appearance
· Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
· Excellent organizational skills, multitasking, and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
· Experience: Minimum 1 year (Required) Customer Service, preferably in Spa/Medical Spa/ Dermatology/ Plastic Surgery/ Anti-Aging/ Wellness

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
