Dermatologist Medical Group of North County, one of the premier dermatology practices with three locations across greater San Diego area is looking for a Front Office Specialist/Receptionist for the Carmel Valley office.
Requirements
Minimum one year of experience in the following areas:
- Medical Office environment
- Check- in/out patients
- Insurance Referrals
- Insurance Eligibility
- Answering phone calls
- Scheduling appointments
Must also posses:
- Superior organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to details and ability to work in a fast paced team environment.
- Ability to read, analyze and interpret variety of documents and instructions in written or oral form.
- Ability to effectively use variety of software applications, including medical management software, MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Some travel between office locations may be necessary.
