Position Summary:
The Medical Liaison will be responsible for supporting clinics by reconciling the send out lab results, making follow up phone calls as needed, and triaging / handling patient questions over the phone and electronically. Work environment will be in an office setting at our corporate office.
Hours: 4 days a week / alternating schedule – allows for every other weekend off w/current structure
- Monday – Saturday 7:30am-6:00pm + Sundays 12pm-7pm
- Week 1: Sunday, Monday, Wednesday, Thursday
- Week 2: Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday

Who we are looking for:
- RN with at least 2 years of recent experience in UR, ER, or related background
- Comfortable working in an office setting and being in a telephonic role
- Will be updating patients on their lab results, diagnosis, and recommended treatment(s)
- Will help with questions and follow up with patients on their medication usage and overall well-being from the treatment
- Customer service mindset
Responsibilities:
- Assist with reconciling lab results from send-out tests, by pulling information from the EMR, interpreting labs, calling patients, and making any necessary notes in the chart.
- Screen and triage calls; take messages and/or direct calls to the appropriate individual or department.
- Triaging will be done over the phone and via a live chat feature on the computer
- Answer medication questions.
- Answer follow-up questions pertaining to a patient’s visit.
- Send school/work notes, if needed.
- Other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum two (2) years of experience as an RN
- Must have recent experience triaging in an Urgent Care, ER, or Hospital setting
- Ability to type 45+ WPM
- Proficient with Microsoft office and telephonic/electronic communication
- Current unencumbered nursing License
Pay + Benefits: Approximately $30/hr-35/hr

- Demonstrated ability to work cooperatively with physicians, management, all staff members, and patients.
- Ability to respond quickly, physically, and mentally when priorities and /or the patient’s condition changes.
- Must be able to work with and enter accurate information into such software as MS Word and Excel.
