Your primary responsibilities include:
- Testing, troubleshooting and tuning complex Integrated Microwave Assemblies.
- Maintaining schedules throughout the testing and screening process.
- Working collaboratively with assembly and engineering to improve designs.

The ideal candidate should have the following skills and experience:
A high school diploma.
Three or more years of bench experience with basic electronics training.
RF/Microwave experience.
Ability to read schematics, assembly drawings, and possess troubleshooting skills.
Ability to interact effectively with individuals of varying experience levels and cultures.
Fluency in spoken and written English.
Either have a secret clearance or be capable of obtaining one.
Flexible to work overtime (including Saturdays) when necessary.
Purpose: This position is for a highly experienced individual contributor in the Test sub-family. The role involves working with limited supervision to handle routine situations.
Responsibility Statement: The role requires the individual to perform complex tuning and moderate problem-solving tasks. They must possess a sound understanding of engineering standards and be able to read basic block diagrams. Other duties assigned include, but are not limited to, preparing complex test reports and data in line with Acceptance Test Procedures, running complex testing, performing Thermal, Shock, Vibration and Environmental Tests, as well as troubleshooting and debugging moderate to complex problems. The role requires the use of a wide range of test equipment, including oscilloscopes, bus analyzers, and logic analyzers to ensure integrated and tested products meet the highest quality standards.
Additional Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities: The role requires the ability to work with little to no general instruction on daily activities, solid knowledge of tuning logic and methods, and strong reading, writing English, and arithmetic skills. The successful candidate must also have an understanding of electrical theory and OHMs law.
Education: Associate's Degree, H.S. Diploma
Work Experience: 5+ years of experience testing and troubleshooting electrical components.

Salary info:
$30 - $38 / hr
