Current Base/Draw for this position is $3,500 a month paid Semi-Monthly, Commissions on the 15th of the following Month - HIRING IMMEDIATELY!

• Automotive Sales or Strong Customer Service Selling or Commission Sales Background
• Available to work flexible hours and Saturdays
• Ready to jump right into product training and comfortable with Technology
• Ability to Build Relationships and find common ground with customers
• Great Listening skills – finding out the customers need is key
• Organized with Follow-up Skills to communicate and make a customer for life!
• Professional and Well-Groomed Personal Appearance
• We ask that you provide a laptop to Build your Business
• Clean Driving Record and Valid Driver’s License
• Ability to work every Saturday 8:30am-6:00pm

What can you expect after applying to join our team?

• You will be contacted based on your preference by text, email or phone to setup an interview time
• After that you will receive an email to take a Personality Assessment, this should be completed before the interview
• You will be sent a form to consent to a Background Check and Drug Screen as part of the pre hire process
• Normally your interview will be with HR and a General Manager from one of our dealerships
• Please come to the interview dressed for success and we will need to make a copy of your driver’s license and Social Security Card to run the background check
