Futures Academy (now integrated with Fusion Academy) is the leader in personalized learning. JOB DESCRIPTION:

Futures Academy in Cupertino, CA is looking for dynamic, dedicated, and energetic teachers to inspire and help our students achieve academic excellence. We are currently looking for a summer school Math Teacher with versatility in all levels of math including AP Stats and AP Calculus. Ability to teach additional core Science classes is strongly preferred. Employment would be fromJune 3 to August 11; this position has the potential to lead to a continuing position at Fusion Cupertino and/or other Fusion campuses in the 2023-24 school year.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's Degree
• Minimum 1 year teaching
• A love of teaching and desire to help students succeed
• A Passion for Education
• Availability to teach at least 15 hours a week
• Must live locally and have reliable transportation to campus to be considered

HOW IT WORKS:

• Teach students in a 1:1 model
• Occasionally teach small groups of middle or high school students for labs and/or tutoring
• Motivate middle and high school students to reach academic excellence
• Become part of an amazing and dynamic teaching team

SCHEDULE:

Schedule for summer is TBD, but most commonly from 8:30-3:30 Mon-Fri, depending on teacher versatility.

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
