Distribution Support Position
Under direct supervision, the primary responsibility of the Distribution Support Position is to provide excellent customer service to all stores/customers with timely and accurate processing of orders, breakouts, returns and vendor shipments on the premises according to established guidelines. Must be forklift certified.

Under direct supervision, the primary responsibility of the Distribution Support Position is to provide excellent customer service to all stores/customers with timely and accurate processing of orders, breakouts, returns and vendor shipments on the premises according to established guidelines. Must be forklift certified.
- Assist with accurate and timely receiving put away of received product.
- Manage location for cube accommodation, ease of picking and inventory accuracy
- Prioritize and collate orders to be fulfilled by ship via priority demand daily
- Pick product to fulfill orders efficiently and accurately
- Quality Control orders efficiently and accurately
- Pack orders for all ship methods
- Pack all hazardous materials to compliance for all ship methods
- Have working knowledge of the USP, FEDX and LTL ship modules
- Assist with cycle counts, inventory control, and inventories as scheduled.
- Ensure proper paperwork is completed i.e. (bill of ladings packing list for all shipments)
- Have a valid driver’s license to be eligible as a backup delivery driver
- Forklift certified
- Operates motorized and non-motorized material handling equipment, some of which may require specialized
- Working knowledge of AS400 systems a plus.
- Ensure all company procedures regarding uniforms, cleanliness, and customer service attitude are followed
- Ensure that timecards are maintained daily
- Help San Lorenzo Stores when needed
- Help with neat clean orderly (NCO) of the distribution at all times for OSHA and fire safety protocols
- Assist in preparing and executing annual inventory
- Other tasks assigned
- Work is performed within a distribution center environment, subject to temperature variations, hazardous
