Position Introduction:
This is a full-time, permanent position, and an opportunity to work with a fun, family orientated organization in a growing company division. Our ideal candidate is a successful Marketing Specialist who is a creative thinker and can pinpoint the specific needs of a project, but also keep in mind the larger components necessary for its completion. You will have experience developing and executing marketing campaigns, be comfortable with day-to-day marketing activities and thrive on tight deadlines and changing needs. Role Accountabilities:
- Plan, develop, and direct multiple avenues of marketing strategies to drive sales.
- Oversee social media accounts and websites to engage existing customers and establish positive public relations.
- Produce videos, shoot interviews and events, edit raw footage and corporate videos.
- Research trends, innovative marketing opportunities, and brainstorm ideas.
- Keep familiar with the latest trends, technologies and methodologies in graphic design, web design, production, etc.
- Coordinate and produce financials for advertising campaigns, such as budgets, estimates, and contracts.
- Lead market research efforts to uncover the viability of current and existing products/services.
- Coordinate with the sales team and other departments to produce effective strategies.
- Analyze data to evaluate the success of marketing efforts and produce innovative ideas to improve brand marketing and exposure.
- Update senior leadership on the progress of marketing activities and reporting on the results of campaigns.
- Implement adjustments and improvements to existing artwork.
- Develop templates, designs, and presentations for internal and external use.
- Produce 3D animations for product demonstration.
- Produce graphic designs when needed.
- Coordinate and attend trade shows as required.
- Implement search engine optimization (SEO) in online media.
- Address problems and troubleshoot campaigns.
- Manage and coordinate marketing staff.
- Manage an inventory system for print collateral, promotional and give aways.

Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree, marketing
- Minimum of five years’ experience
