Marketing Manager

Trend Moving & Storage is looking for a Marketing Manager to join our team! The ideal candidate will be a self starter with a vast understanding of Marketing. This position will be a start to finish Marketing position that will give control to our entire marketing department. While reporting directly to Ownership, this position will have the ability to take our brand to the next level. Our team thrives in a motivating environment that empowers you to make decisions to help carve out our market share within the Moving & Storage industry. Our brand currently has locations in Londonderry, NH and Fort Myers, FL. We are looking to build upon our current brand strengths as well as grow into more markets and opportunities. We are just getting going!

Job Duties:

● Responsible for driving all aspects of company marketing forward.
● Monitor all company marketing related platforms.
● Identify new market segments and develop strategies on market infiltration; Monitor, maintain, and implement all details of the company website.
● Analyze consumer behavior to adjust and implement successful marketing campaigns and strategies from ideation to execution.
● Develop and refine marketing strategies to ensure the Trend brand is widely known. This will include but is not limited to Brand Awareness, Customer Acquisition, and Talent Acquisition.
● Experiment with a variety of organic and paid acquisition channels including but not limited to content creation, content curation, pay per click campaigns, event management, publicity, social media, lead generation campaigns, copywriting, and performance analysis.
● Review and understand competition in various markets.
● Build strategic relationships with key players to help generate new business as well as maintain existing relationships.
● Prepare and monitor the marketing budget on a quarterly/annual basis and allocate funds wisely.
● Create and implement all company SEO tactics to align with market expansion and current market share accordingly.
● Oversee and approve marketing material across the entire brand.
● Produce valuable and engaging content for our website, social channels, email marketing, and other marketing campaigns that help attract and convert target groups.
● Measure and report on performance of marketing campaigns and lead sources, gain insight and senses against goals.
● Produce content through onsite photos, videos, testimonials, and in-house creation. Host events for brand awareness or other company goals.
● Ensure consistent messaging throughout all marketing tactics; while documenting and implementing appropriate marketing communications processes.

Qualifications:

● Demonstrable experience in marketing together with the potential and attitude required to learn
● Proven experience in identifying target audiences and creatively devising and implementing across channels of marketing
● 3-5 years experience with:

• Digital marketing
• Event management
• Setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns
• Implementing SEO tactics and forecasting SEO strategies

● Solid knowledge of website analytics tools and website development.
● Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision making up to date on latest trends and best practices in online and general marketing.

Pay:
Salary commensurate with experience, up to $80,000.00 annually
