Real Estate Marketing Coordinator needed for successful Denville Real Estate Agent. We are seeking someone who’s an efficient, hardworking, self-starter with great people skills and has past work experience in Marketing and/or Real Estate Administrative Support. No day in real estate is the same, so you’ll need to be flexible yet diligent in completing different tasks with the ultimate goal of building the business. This role will workclosely with the Broker on all aspects of marketing their real estate listings including, but not limited to marketing of their programs/services offered, producing/executing the marketing for lead generation/conversion and conversion/data reporting. Real Estate Marketing can be demanding, but also very rewarding!
Responsibilities Include (but not limited to):
- Build Agent’s brand, creative outlook and business with strong lead generation approaches. (Will train on exact desires)
- Develop a monthly marketing calendar and plan which will be consistently executed.
- Create print and digital material (newsletters, brochures, email campaigns, text campaigns, mailers, postcards etc.). Some already provided as templates that will be updated as needed.
- Update and maintain various listing platforms (MLS, Zillow, Realtor.com, etc.).
- Facilitate listing marketing across social media channels (Facebook, YouTube, etc.).
- Facilitate social media marketing for various program offers and campaigns.
- Quickly field listing or program offer inquires to CEO Agent for follow up.
- Organize Online and Offline Marketing Materials
- Coordination of Marketing Materials for New Listings, Open Houses, Community Events
- Management of CEO Agent’s technology programs/software to facilitate marketing.
- Track and compile data for numbers of leads generated, appointments, conversions, marketing cost, return on cost, sales figures, etc.
- Weekly listings and social media report generation.
Candidates Must Have:
- Social Media experience specifically within Facebook utilizing Business Manager for advertising.
- Marketing experience within Real Estate preferred.
- Microsoft Office proficiency (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Strong copy writing skills
- Moderate graphic design skills
- Enthusiasm about learning and implementing solutions to market real estate
- Strong attention to detail
- High level of organization
- Ability to meet deadlines
- Eloquent speaking and writing skills
- Graphic design
- Detail oriented
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Additional Technology/Program Experience Preferred (not required, will train)
- Mailchimp
- Simple Texting
- Zapier
- Every Door Direct Mail protocol (EDDM with USPS)
- Canva
Hours: 40 hours/week.
The ideal candidate would live near Area Nameand commute to the office each day. The office is located at: 23 Diamond Spring Road Denville, NJ
Pay: $35,000/year plus Bonus on the growth of the real estate business.
