GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES: Lead team on production lines in Fulfillment Department in accordance with our safety, quality, and production standards.
Daily Tasks:
- Coordinate workflow and staffing assignments to meet production schedules
- Monitor shift output and quality standards
- Facilitate training to increase the knowledge and skills of the team
- Establish a safe work environment through enforcement of all safety guidelines
- Performs other job duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years manufacturing experience
- Experience leading production lines
- Time management skills with proven ability to meet deadlines
- Intermediate computer skills
- Ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Must be able to perform all essential functions of this job with or without reasonable accommodation
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $19.50 per hour
