As an Manufacturing Planning Assistant, you will be working alongside our Manufacturing Manager, Customer Service Dept., Kitting Dept., Quality Supervisor, Purchasing Dept. as well as our Manufacturing Team Leads to support the manufacturing function.

Key Responsibilities:
- Entering customer orders into scheduling system
- Generating work orders for kitting department
- Processing internal workflow through E-Synergy CRM software
- Populating KPI database
- Quoting times for productivity tracking
- Entering, publishing and distributing Weekly Quality Reports
- Performing other related duties as requested
Requirements:
- High School Graduate or GED
- Prior experience in an office/manufacturing setting with previous experience in manufacturing/planning/scheduling preferred.
- Good interpersonal and customer service skills
- Knowledge of computer operations; experienced with Microsoft
