The Manager – Sr PM, Marketing Operations is responsible for managing the in-season workflow of all digital and print vehicles created by Ann Taylor/LOFT Marketing Creative Teams over the entire project life (initiation, execution, release). In this role, the Manager will report into the Sr Manager of Marketing Operations and will own and manage the in-season calendar and execution of all marketing projects for both Ann Taylor and LOFT; ensuring the teams stay on track to meet key milestones and deliverables. Brand Project Managers report into this role.

Responsibilities:
Leads the in-season project workflow across LOFT and Ann Taylor, managing brand specific project managers
Works cross-functionally to ensure all project deliverables, resources, costs and deadlines are identified and managed day-to-day to successfully meet organizational expectations and project goals
Manage tight deadlines while remaining nimble to support evolving needs of the business
Maintain all workflow documentation such as in-season meeting charts, attendee lists, timelines, milestone project plans, status reports, and more
Ensures that overall execution of projects are completed seamlessly
Manages additional projects according to workflow needs
Manage and lead a team of PM’s and APM’s
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree or BA for a related field, preferred.
5-7 years of experience within creative project management, retail marketing, marketing operations, or agency account management
Team player with demonstrated ability to work effectively on cross-functional teams
Highly detail oriented with a strong ability to prioritize tasks and manage deadlines
Ability to work in a fast, multi-task environment.
Strong business acumen with confidence to lead and manage up in certain situations
Experience with managing a team
The target salary for this role is: $90,000 - $100,000.
Actual compensation within that range is influenced by a wide array of factors including, but not limited to, skill set, level of experience, and other job-related factors.
