Description:


This role incorporates both the business demand management and the site relationship management processes for internal customers across all sites and entities. The BHSF T&D team is establishing this role as a continuation of our focus on the customer and our digital transformation initiative. The purpose of this role is to provide our business partners a dedicated, single point of contact to the T&D Team to enable us to align more effectively with the business partner‘s strategies, opportunities and pain points so we can focus on a high-priority activities to advance BHSF T&D strategy while effectively supporting our partners. This role will expedite our ability to enter business requests through our intake and disposition process, and to track projects through to completion. They will be responsible for the building, and nurturing of relationships with their assigned business partners, and will work with the technical teams for the prioritization and implementation of their site requests.

Estimated salary range for this position is $117128 - $152266 / year depending on experience.

Qualifications:


  • Degrees: Bachelors
  • Additional Qualifications: 7+ years of Program/Product and or Business Relationship Management experience.
  • Must possess digital transformation experience.
  • Must have excellent relationship management skills.
  • Must possess excellent networking skills to represent BHSF T&D at the sites.
  • Must have negotiation, influence and problem solving skills, as well as knowledge of technology, digital and product organizations.
  • Self-motivated with proactive issue monitoring and management including risk assessment and contingency planning.
  • Strong business acumen with respect to clinical workflows preferred.
  • Possess a combination of critical thinking and operational expertise and efficiency.
  • Demonstrated customer service and relationship building skills with clinical sites.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
