Manager on Duty

Altitude Trampoline Park Odessa, Texas is looking for energetic individuals with a passion for guest experience to join our management team! Our managers promote a safe and fun environment for all Altitude Trampoline Park employees and jumpers, engage with guests, and assist in managing park operations. If you are an experienced leader with a desire to work at a place that promotes smiles and family fun, this might be the role for you!

What You Need

• A positive and engaging attitude
• Excellent communication skills
• Excellent work ethic
• Two years of management experience
• Ability to lead and motivate others
• Customer service, point of sale, and cash handling experience
• Problem solving and conflict resolution skills
• Bilingual preferred but not required
• Ability to stand for long periods of time, walk up and down stairs, walk across trampoline surfaces
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Flexibility to work approximately 40 hours per week, days, evenings and weekends
• Authorization to work in the US and a clear background check

A Typical Day

• Engage with customers and promote park sales, events, and specials
• Respond to customer's questions, complaints, requests, and incidents effectively
• Lead and train other Team Members
• Work with Party Host Manager to ensure parties and events are confirmed, areas prepped and ready, and hosts assigned
• Ensure Front Desk and Concessions area is well maintained, stocked, and organized
• Ensure a safe environment for patrons and staff in and around jumping surfaces, foam pits, and other activity areas are maintained
• Complete opening and closing duties such as safety audits, cash deposits, and other managerial checklists
• Assist Front Desk, Kitchen, and Court Monitor Team Members as needed
• Work as a team with other management team members
• Perform any other services or duties as required by Management
