This role manages customer data on a time sensitive basis to ensure compliance of all fields and for accurate data integration into all systems across multiple business functions.
System compliance supporting Finance, Credit, Compliance, Product Supply, Account Operations and Sales Operations is a key aspect of this role. This role also provides customer reporting for business needs as well as for proactive management and compliance of data.
The ability to learn new systems quickly and to manage at a detailed level with accuracy while acting with a big picture mindset will help this role to support the business and customers’ requirements.

Understanding the critical importance of data in our company, this Customer Data Manager will focus on ensuring the highest quality of data standards within our Customer Data area and support the implementation and continuous improvement of changes within our new Reebok SPARC landscape.
This role will sit in our Boston, MA office OR Spartanburg, SC office.
Job Responsibilities:
  • Work cross functionally to establish and implement best practices associated with ensuring proper data quality.
  • Participate as needed in any system design, development and testing during system releases and enhancements. Assist in any training as needed.
  • Responsible for creation of relevant documentation to support training, learning and overall reference.
  • Communicates system and process updates to the teams in a timely and appropriate manner to mitigate change management obstacles.
  • Customer Data systems’ compliance for required data integration across system landscape
  • Maintenance examples include and not limited to:
  • New account set up in all systems (both existing systems and go forward systems): AFS and S4, B2B, SAH table
  • Finance and Compliance customer data maintenance
  • Wholesale team’s data set up and maintenance for timely and accurate sales order integration.
  • Pricing field set up for pricing condition and Trade Terms compliance
  • Customer sales hierarchy for Finance reporting
  • Sales rep assignments maintenance
  • Active/inactive status of accounts; collaborate with credit on proactive status management
  • Warehouse, DC and Account Operations data compliance for efficient and accurate order processing
Qualifications:

  • Strong written and verbal communication
  • strong attention to detail and appreciation for data and compliance
  • Strong background in computer usage and database concepts.
  • Experience with SAP/S4 preferred.
  • Ability to work with large data sets and extract data from internal systems for analysis
  • Must be able to demonstrate sense of urgency with attention to detail, while acting with big picture mindset.
  • Operations knowledge of Reebok’s process and landscape a plus

Requisite Education and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
  • Preferable 5-7 year minimum work experience in a related field
  • Managerial experience a plus but not required
