Dwelling Place of Grand Rapids is looking for a maintenance technician who shows pride in their work, effectively communicates with property management staff, and completes work orders to ensure their assigned property(ies) meet established quality metrics. We are looking for someone who will display kindness, empathy, and respect to all residents in our Affordable Housing Communities. The maintenance technician is responsible to make timely physical repairs within apartments and common facilities including emergency, on-call, make-ready, preventative, inspection, routine, and resident requests.
