Shift / Pay : Night Shift hours 10:00 pm to 8:30 am, Monday through Thursday. Weekly pay. Training on Dayshift for first few weeks.
Starting pay - $25.00 per hour, plus $1.00 per hour shift differential. 6 month pay review.
Benefits first of the month following 30 days.
Job Info :
The position of Maintenance is responsible to ensure PLZ facilities and production lines remain in operational order. This may include assisting in training, installations, fabrication, operational adjustments and preventative maintenance.
Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on production and support equipment.
- Review and incorporate work order information and requirements into maintenance processes and operations.
- Perform construction, renovation and maintenance work on plant facilities.
- Assist in the OJT process for new or transferred employees.
- Utilize and practice Risk Management Concepts and PDCA Techniques.
- Identify and continually improve work processes and efficiencies through the development, implementation and support of the Preventive Maintenance Program.
- Identify and address any suspected nonconforming product, process or activity.
- Request, initiate and support internal and external corrective action processes.
- Practice, maintain and promote good housekeeping and a safe working environment.
- Support and comply with company policies, procedures and practices.
