What You Will Do:

Maloney Properties is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support our residential property located in Lawrence, MA. You will join our maintenance team responsible for:

• Participating in completing daily work orders, unit turnovers, preventative maintenance, and general building maintenance.
• Utilizing the Yardi mobile app and keeping close communication with the superintendent and other staff.
• Participating in the emergency on-call rotation, groundskeeping, and snow removal.

The work hours for this position are 7:30am to 3:30pm, Monday to Friday.

Who We Are Looking For:

• Someone with excellent communication skills and a strong customer service philosophy.
• Knowledge of general apartment repair, carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and HVAC is preferred.
• Experience with Yardi or other work order systems is also a plus.
• A valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle are required.
