We are looking for a Maintenance Technician to start immediately at our 208 unit multifamily property in Tinley Park, IL
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Appliance repairs
- Electrical, plumbing and carpentry repairs
- Assist in custodial and grounds work
- Make ready of apartments prior to resident occupancy
- Keep accurate records regarding preventative maintenance, work orders, annual inspections and inventory
- Available to be on call for emergency maintenance calls for evenings, weekends and holidays.
- Must a driver's license
- Pool Certification
- Live on property
- Bilingual preferred but not mandatory
- Painting experience required
