Maintenance Supervisor Job at Campbell Property Management

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Maintains a safe, secure and clean environment
Supervises, trains, and directs maintenance and janitorial staff
Sets goals, measures performances, coaches and disciplines maintenance, housekeeping and janitorial staff
Implement and maintain performance on daily, weekly, and monthly, quarterly and annual preventative maintenance and cleaning checklists
Prepares comprehensive preventative maintenance program per HOA guidelines and reports on a weekly basis with date, time, and person performing each item of maintenance
Monitors the performance of service contractors and building repair and maintenance contractors
Works with LCAM to develop RFP’s for installation or repairs of all maintenance equipment, supplies, etc.
Meets with LCAM daily to discuss projects and schedules
Weekly property inspection/walk through with LCAM
Maintains availability and is on call for emergencies 24/7
Oversees construction, installation and preventative maintenance of equipment
Completes or delegates maintenance work orders, work order schedules and projects
Performs minor maintenance and repair in general maintenance including, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, mechanical, flooring, patching, tennis court irrigation, painting, lighting, carpentry, and other minor repairs not requiring a licensed contractor or permit.
Ensures all safety procedures and maintains a safe work environment
Full-Time Mon-Fri 8:30am-5:00pm
Pay rate: Up to $22.50 DOE
