Edge Manufacturing, Inc. is looking to employ individuals interested in joining our team as metal fabricating machine operators.
We are a growing international cutting tool manufacturer providing quality band saw blades to the food industry. We are committed to providing quality band saw blades to our customers for over 25 years. We are currently seeking full time machine operators at our Santa Maria, CA location. We offer a full benefit package which includes: Medical, Dental, Vision, and 401k. Base Pay starts at $17/hour.
Hours are 8:00 am to 4:30 pm Monday through Friday.
Job Requirements for Machine Operators:
1. Must be able to pay attention to detail.
2. Perform visual inspections.
3. Manage time and work well as a team member.
4. Work safely and adhere to Edge safety policies.
5. Ability to cross train on various machines.
6. Use measuring devices to ensure material specifications.
Duties and Responsibilities of Machine Operators:
1. Perform machine set-up and change overs.
2. Proficient operation of metal fabricating machines.
3. Trouble shoot and perform minor adjustments.
4. Perform process checks and complete production documents accurately.
