**CURRENTLY SEEKING FULL TIME 1ST, 2ND, AND 3RD SHIFT, AS WELL AS PRN NURSES FOR ALL SHIFTS!!**
Position Purpose
To provide medical services for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities to enable them to maintain optimal health and well-being.
Qualifications
- Must successfully complete the required pre-employment Background and Drug Screenings
- Must possess a valid Driver's License which meets company standards for approved driver status
- Must possess basic computer skills
- Must possess current and valid license for Practical Nurse
- Experience working with people with intellectual/developmental disabilities preferred
Essential Functions
- Assists in providing basic healthcare services according to the individual’s plan ensuring each individual’s optimal health and well-being
- Performs tasks as delegated, such as blood pressure monitoring, weights, and other assigned tasks
- Ensures all documentation is accurate and complete according to regulations
- Responsible for the organization and cleanliness of supplies and equipment, ensuring restocking of inventory
- Collaborates with Direct Support Professionals to ensure that the needs of the individuals are being met
- Communicates immediately any changes in medical or behavioral status to supervisor
- Performs all other duties as assigned
The hours, days of work and work location are established as needed by operations and at the direction of management and may be changed (increased or decreased) by management as required.

Pay: From $32.00 per hour
