The Role
In this role you will lead Loop’s Philadelphia warehouse and delivery operations. This is a fast paced, physical role where you will be responsible for quality control, and doing a variety of different tasks including building, cleaning, and prepping products. We are looking for a highly motivated individual that is able to navigate a warehouse environment with a mindset of accomplishing daily tasks and goals. This role is located in Philadelphia and reports directly to the Operations Manager.

What we’re looking for:
Loop is seeking an experienced Operations Lead to control all aspects of the Philadelphia warehouse. Contributing to the success of the team through leading the day-to-day operations, ensuring all daily job functions are completed, and customer’s expectations are met, this person will also play a key role in long term planning and continuous process improvement. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and leadership skills, high standards for cleanliness and organization, and the ability to meet deadlines and ensure a smooth operation. This candidate possesses the following:

What you'll do:
- Daily tasks include:Dispatching delivery operations accurately and with attention to detail on outgoing products
- Preparing product orders for deliveryProcessing orders in our inventory management system
- Receiving boxed items from UPS, Amazon, FedEx and USPS
- Inbounding products from delivery vans
- Quality assessing products to place back into inventory
- Ensuring the highest quality of work and maximizing the productivity of our warehouse
- Keeping a clean and safe working environment and optimize space utilization
- Communicating and coordinating with manager and coworkers
- Conducting weekly and monthly inventory counts of all products using Quickbooks
Requirements:
- Physical ability to push and/or pull mildly heavy objects into position (up to 45 lbs)
- Ability to work with tools (power drill, screw driver, hammer, etc..)
- Authorized to work lawfully in the United states
