Logistics Coordinator Job at AWI Manufacturing
- Arrange shipping for all outbound orders and material.
- Arrange shipping for all outsourcing, delivery & pick-up.
- Arrange all exporting shipments and required exportation documents.
- Create all necessary shipping documents, packing lists & B.O.L's.
- Obtain and provide material certs as needed per shipment.
- Handle all shipping related claims, LTL and small parcel.
- Maintenance of controlled shipping documents.
- Maintenance of shipments photos and scale reading photos in M-Files.
- Receive and forward cash payments of orders to Accounts Receivable.
- Maintain customer Master records.
- Ensure correct addresses in the system.
- Keep contact information up to date.
- Maintain customer specific order notes.
- Provide customers with NAFTA documents and Non-Conflicting Minerals statements when required.
- Assist in closing out month end open shipments.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $23.00 per hour
