We are looking for an energetic person that wants to learn and grow with our business. There is great growth potential with our company. We also need a store manager that we are going to to promote from one of our Assistant Managers.
This position requires an open availability. We need someone that can work both day shifts and night shifts. This person will need to be able to learn the system quickly and then be able to help us train others. We are looking for a leader that can show by example how to do things quickly while not sacraficing quality.
Our customers expect us to be Hot-N-Ready, so we are a very fast paced work environment. We need management that can move quickly and motivate others around them to do the same.
Your pay raises will be based on your ability to perform the work and your ability to keep the payroll percent under control. The more you can train your fellow workers to be efficient the more we can pay you.
