Litigation Paralegal Job at Pillinger Miller Tarallo LLP
Pillinger Miller Tarallo is looking for qualified, experienced paralegals to join our dynamic paralegal department.
*BILLING BONUS OFFERED*
Some of the duties and responsibilities include:
- Review files and draft responses to court orders and prepare discovery responses to demands;
- Draft discovery demands;
- Draft other legal documents including notice of entry orders, notices to admit, stipulations, consents to change attorneys, releases, subpoenas, motions, and the like;
- Assist with depositions and physical examinations;
- Provide paralegal support to associates and partners;
- E-file legal documents with courts.
What experience we are looking for:
- Knowledge and experience in personal injury;
- Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing;
- Ability to provide quality work with great attention to detail, accuracy, and strong proofreading skills;
- Ability to multi-task, great organizational skills, and excellent interpersonal skills.
