Role Objective:

Kiernan Trebach LLP is seeking a Litigation Attorney with 1-5 years of experience to join our expanding practice in Virginia Beach, VA.

Role Responsibilities:

The ideal candidate will have 1-5 years’ experience defending a variety of Civil Litigation matters, including:

• Medical and Professional Liability
• Personal Injury
• Product Liability

Role Requirements:

• Experience writing motions and other legal memoranda, summarizing depositions and trial preparation is preferred.
• The ability to work independently from suit inception to settlement/trial is a plus.

Required Education:

• Active Virginia Bar License (Required)
• Litigation Experience (Preferred)
