Line Cook/Grill Cook Job at Jake N Joes Sports Grille
Jake n Joes in Woburn MA is looking for a experienced PART TIME Line Cook to prepare food to the exact recipe specifications and to set up stations for service. Cooks duties will consist of assisting the kitchen manager with daily tasks. The successful candidate will play a key role in contributing to our customer satisfaction and acquisition goals. This is a part-time position, evenings only.
Responsibilities
- Must be able to work evenings.
- Must be at least 18yrs of age or older
- Set up and stocking stations with all necessary supplies
- Cook menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff
- Clean up station and take care of leftover food
- Ensure that food comes out simultaneously, in high quality and in a timely fashion
- Comply with nutrition and sanitation regulations and safety standards
- Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and customers
Skills
- Proven cooking experience, including experience as a line cook, restaurant cook or prep cook
- Excellent understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment and procedures
- Accuracy and speed in executing menu items
- Familiar with industry’s best practices

Pay: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour
