Job Characteristics
Line Cooks:
· Pleasantly greet customers when they come to thecounter. Smiles are contagious and go a long way!
· Ability to communicate with the customers andmanagement.
· Good hand/eye coordination and ability to work in afast-paced environment.
· Ability to quickly prepare plates and serve thecorrect order.
· Maintain a clean work area.
· Assisting with other duties assigned by management, suchas cleaning and organizing deliveries.
Qualifications:
· Prefer open availability schedules (includingweekends).
· Must be able to read prep instructions from the linemonitors while maintaining speed and efficiency.
· Able to stand or walk for periods of up to 4 hours.
· Ability to follow instructions and written documentation,such as orders, recipes, and sanitation practices.
· Must be able to carry up to 40 lbs unassisted and over40 lbs with the assistance of another employee.
· Must have general food health and safety knowledge.
