AS A LICENSED PRACTICAL NURSE (LPN), you’ll be relied upon to assist in providing total nursing care within our Senior Transitions Unit under the direct supervison of the Registered Nurse. We provide round-the-clock coverage and deliver care utilizing the nursing process of assessment, planning, intervention, implementation, and evaluation. You will need to effectively interact and communicate with patients, significant others and all other health care team members while maintaining established standards of Professional Nursing.

- Have medical systems computer experience (preferred)
