Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) ($28-$35 an hour)
Job Description
The Licensed Practical Nurse provides nursing care and services to clients in their place of residence / facility in accordance with the agency’s policies and procedures and under the supervision of a Registered Professional Nurse based upon the severity of patient’s medical condition and the nurse’s training and experience
Available Positions

Job Requirements
Prepare and record clinical notes for the clinical record
Implements medical orders and establish plans of care
Administer medications
Performs wound care/dressing adhering to sterile technique
Assist the physician and/ or Registered Nurse in performing specialized procedures
Evaluate the appropriateness, cleanliness, and safety of durable medical equipment, supplies, and/ or appliances
Document visit notes and progress notes, to reflect services/ client activities
Do other duties assigned by the Registered Nurse
Required Qualifications
Graduate of an approved LPN program
Licensed and currently registered as an LPN in the State of New York
One year of home care experience preferred
Two years’ experience in the provision of nursing care in an acute care facility
Good organization and time management skills
