We are hiring for an experienced and well-qualified Esthetician.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3-5 years of experience, excellent communication skills, a true passion for aesthetics and skincare, ability to work well in a team environment and under the supervision of lead esthetician, a strong work ethic and outstanding clinical knowledge of skincare treatments. This candidate is not required to be a medical esthetician and is preferred not to be a medical esthetician.

Responsibilities Include but not limited to:

- Attention to detail, superior interpersonal skills and "bedside manner" with the ability to relate well to patients and support staff.

- Exceptional patient follow up, aftercare and note taking.

- Ability to develop appropriate treatment plans with patients

- Assist in in-person special events and spa promotions.

- Attend continuing education for licensing and courses.

- Maintain strict confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA regulations and company policies

- Ensure all work/treatment areas are clean and sanitized before, during and after treatments.

- Maintain an excellent working knowledge of skincare products offered by the Spa and recommend to patients as required
