Responsibilities
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Lead Service Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading and managing the daily activities of our service team, ensuring quality workmanship, safety, and customer satisfaction. Below are the essential job duties and responsibilities of this role:
- Drive Mercedes Sprinter van to jobs
- Troubleshoot and diagnose HVAC equipment issues and recommend necessary repairs or replacements
- Ensure quality workmanship and customer satisfaction by monitoring the work of the service and installation team
- Collaborate with management to identify opportunities for improvement and implement best practices for service and installation operations
- Train and mentor tech members to ensure they have the necessary knowledge and skills to perform their jobs safely and efficiently
- Ensure compliance with all safety and environmental regulations and maintain a safe and clean work environment
- Provide exceptional customer service and maintain positive relationships with customers
Minimum of 3 years of experience in Lead HVAC service- EPA License
- Knowledge of HVAC systems and the ability to troubleshoot and diagnose complex system issues
- Excellent leadership, communication, and customer service skills
- Driver's license and an acceptable driving record
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks, meet deadlines and work effectively under pressure.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
