Job Type: Full-time
Work Arrangement: Monday-Friday (Business Hours)

Some responsibilities:
- Ensure that sales goals, quality of service and customer service standards are consistently met
- Generate leads for new sales and identify additional opportunities for existing clients, with a management capacity of a specific portfolio and collaborate with the B2B team members
- Exceed sales goals for lawn and snow services
- Work with design/build team for Construction Work Order opportunities
- Propose property improvement enhancements, estimate and close sales, review and execute contracts, and network to create new leads
- Maintain long-lasting relationships with clients, manage site quality, equipment and labor effectively, anticipate and resolve potential problems to avoid customer complaints.
