The Lundquist Institute is looking for a Lab Assistant to join our team in our Torrance, CA location

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• GED or high school diploma
• One year minimum laboratory experience in a microbiology research facility preferred
• English proficiency required

Description of Duties

• Research assistant in invitro studies of bacteria with antimicrobial agents
• Grow bacteria in test tubes and test bacteria for susceptibilities to various antibodies
• Assist in invivo small animal experiments
• Microbiology research experience including bacteria and tissue culture
