JR. Sales Manager

We are currently looking for a Junior Sales Manager to join our CSI Tech Division. The Jr. Sales Manager will be responsible for developing new business within existing accounts and business lines. The Junior Sales Manager will be the primary contact for day-to-day staffing activities within established budgets and is responsible for growing new revenue within assigned accounts. This role establishes strong relationships with new clients and possesses a keen understanding of the client’s business to provide appropriate staffing solutions. This role will also serve as the facilitator of the placement process for the account(s), which may include interview scheduling, candidate preparation, client debriefing, interview feedback, offer process, and salary negotiation. Essential Responsibilities:

· Prospects for new clients through referrals, networking, cold calling, social media, internet research, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn, sales leads, or utilizing other means of generating interest from potential clients to originate and drive new business revenue growth

· Creates persuasive approaches and sales pitches; prepares and delivers highly effective sales presentations and develops proposals that address client needs, concerns, and business strategy.

· Identifies and maintains strong relationships with clients and/or their delegates within client organizations; obtains a thorough understanding of the client’s business, organizational structure, financials, competitiveness in the market, and desired business outcomes.

· Develops and executes effective sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue, profit, and growth targets.

· Coordinate with the VP of Sales on sales-related activities.

· Anticipates and resolves to satisfaction any potential or present issue impacting client engagement

· Participates in pricing solutions/services and negotiates and secures profitable pricing that yields achievement of revenue, gross margin, and other financial goals

· Ensures data is accurately entered and managed within Bullhorn including client contacts, meetings, and contracts.

· Addresses client needs, provides delivery solutions, and maintains a high-touch partnership to maintain and/or grow the account.

· Collaborates with internal CSI

· team to maintain and grow client relationships

· Aligns with CSI’s and clients’ diversity and inclusion initiatives.

· Continued professional development to enhance understanding of industry methods and effective recruiting/sourcing strategies

· Performs other duties as assigned or required

Required Skills/Abilities:

· Understanding of the sales process and dynamics

· Exemplary customer focus, with an ability to establish credibility and rapport quickly

· Strong presence with a willingness to communicate with a variety of contacts (cold calls, emails, texts)

· Ability to quickly grasp business environments, structures, financial statements, and competitive industry landscape

· Competitive and goal-oriented

· Advanced written/verbal communications skills

· Exemplary presentation skills with strong persuasion skills

· Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and clients, establishing and maintaining effective working relationships

· Demonstrates resiliency, shows initiative, driven, persistent

· Ability to handle competing priorities in a fast-paced, sometimes ambiguous environment

· Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint); knowledge of LinkedIn and ZoomInfo preferred

Education/Experience:

· Bachelor’s degree (relevant experience instead of education may be considered)

· 1-2 years of sales experience required, preferably in the staffing industry or similar production-based sales role
