Jr Application Support Analyst Job at dentsu
- Support users on site and remotely via ticketing system
- Troubleshoot and triaged software issues
- Monitoring Media Ecosystem Tool
- Participate in troubleshooting platform outages or performance issues
- Provide regular updates to users and the Service Desk Team lead on progress with items, escalating issues where required
- Undertake projects, completing assigned tasks as necessary to the agreed timescales
Key responsibilities:
- Delivers local and Global application services to the business within agreed SLAs
- Contributes to the delivery and implementation of operational projects to support the business
- Contributes to the pro-active continuous improvements to ensure performance, scalability, capacity, security, supportability and maintainability is maintained for all supported applications and systems
- Ensures Service support documentation (processes, procedures, service catalogue information, operational documentation) is created and maintained for all supported applications
- Follows the Global Service Management processes (Incident, Problem, Change, Release) to ensure adherence to the global process standards
- Technical experience / IT support experience is necessary
- Experience using support applications such as Service Now and or JIRA, SQL Java or data manipulation experience
- Problem solving skills
- Thinking outside of the box when addressing support issues
Additional Information
The anticipated salary range for this position is $45,000-$69,500. Salary is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications, and geography.
