We provide expert commercial cleaning services throughout the Southwest and Northwest Suburbs near the Chicago area. We are looking to hire qualified candidates. Applicants must have relevant experience in dusting, floor care, carpet cleaning, and associated janitorial project work and general cleaning.

Pay $17.00 to 18.50 to commiserate with your level of experience.

We are looking to hire energetic Full-Time and Part-time third-shift Housekeepers with a knack for floor care, an eye for small details, and a heart for people. We have positions at multiple locations, and we provide services to medical facilities and other businesses.

Responsibilities

• Cleans and maintains clinic rooms, offices, public areas, exam rooms, and other assigned areas daily, including collecting and removing trash, and sanitizing all surfaces.
• Stocks paper items and other supplies in assigned areas as necessary or designated.
• Maintains cart and equipment in clean, working condition and stores in appropriate storage area.
• Promotes safety in the workplace.
• Uses wet floor signs, PPE, not leaving housekeeping cart or supplies unattended.
• Uses chemicals and equipment in an effective and safe manner.
• Uses appropriate chemicals, diluted at the correct ratio, in properly labeled containers.
• Notifies supervisor of equipment needing repairs.
• Reports all safety hazards to manager.

Skills

• High School Diploma or equivalent; or in lieu of high school diploma/GED, must have a minimum of one year of environmental services, housekeeping, janitorial or related experience.
• Must exhibit the ability to follow oral and written instructions.
• Must be able to communicate effectively with staff.
• Must be able to work independently.
