The role:
AirDNA is looking for an IT Support Technician to support our growing user base. The ideal person for this role genuinely enjoys helping end-users solve problems, and provides training as necessary.

Here's what you'll get to do:
- Handle onboarding and off boarding for all employees (Denver, Barcelona and remote employees), including account management and training
- Handle procurement and recovery of hardware for all employees
- Assists users with troubleshooting of hardware/ software issues, helps users keep software up-to-date
- Manages office wifi and internet connectivity
- Optional opportunities to advance their skills by taking on small projects with the technical operations team
Here's what you'll need to be successful:
- Experience in IT support/ help desk position
- Experience primarily with MacOS, Windows a plus
- Experience using device management software
- Experience managing wifi networks
Here’s what you can expect from us:
- Competitive cash compensation and benefits, the salary for this position is $60,000 - $80,000 per year

Colorado Salary Statement: The salary range displayed in specifically for those potential hired who will work or reside in the state of Colorado if selected for this role.
