Job Description:
Information Technology Support Technicians (IT Support Techs) provide User technical support and basic training related to Company technology assets and select software applications. IT Support Techs report to the Information Technology (IT) Manager and are members of both the IT Department and the Information Services Group (ISG).
Role and Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support and basic training to Users, onsite and offsite, across a variety of technology assets, including desktop hardware, notebook computers, tablets, mobile devices, printers and select software applications.
- Deliver support and communicate with Users through Company Help Desk platform, in addition to in-person support as required. Document relevant details and action items.
- Maintain, repair and diagnose issues with technology assets and select software applications. Coordinate vendor repair and/or warranty services as required.
- Provision and deploy new technology assets and select software applications to Users.
- Perform installations of technology assets, including facilitation and acquisition of required assets, materials and/or tools.
- Administer mobile device program via vendor portal, including line/device assignments. Acquire and distribute mobile devices and accessories.
- Perform special assignments, projects and/or tasks at the direction of the IT Manager.
Job Skills/Qualifications:
- Understanding of information technology systems, information technology, and varied software and applications.
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to teach and explain highly technical concepts in simple terms. Solid work ethic and positive attitude.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Must possess a valid California driver’s license and be insurable by the Company.

The pay range paid for the IT Support Technician position at Park West is $50,000 to $65,000. This pay range is based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to the employees’ experience, skills, education, performance and seniority with the company.
