Position Overview:

As an IT Support Specialist at F&F Supply, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our IT systems and providing technical support to our employees. You will be responsible for managing and troubleshooting IT-related issues, assisting with hardware and software installations, and maintaining a secure and efficient network environment. The ideal candidate should possess a solid understanding of Office 365 applications, have a minimum of 2 years of experience in the field and have a willingness to learn our internal software Epicor.

Responsibilities:

Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues reported by employees.

Be in constant communication with our IT vendor and submit help desk requests when needed.

Assist users with troubleshooting, configuration, and setup of computers, printers, and other peripherals.

Collaborate with our IT vendor to develop and implement IT policies and procedures.

Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Office 365 applications and integrations.

Maintain accurate documentation of IT procedures, configurations, and troubleshooting steps.

Create user guides and knowledge base articles to empower employees with self-help resources.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of Office 365 applications, including but not limited to Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint, and Teams.
• Basic understanding of IT systems, networks, and hardware components.
• Familiarity with Windows operating systems.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of Epicor is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
