If you want to have a hands-on global impact on payment solutions, we want you to join our team as an IT Site Support Analyst. This is a full time position based in our office in Malvern, PA.

Primary Function:

After becoming familiar with the site, the CPI business and the specifics of the role the analyst will adopt ownership for end user support for PC Desktop technologies. The analyst will report to the Manager, IT Client Support & Operations and be a member of the Global CPI IT Team.

Supervision and guidance is provided throughout the engagement. Expectations are that the analyst is able to operate effectively at an early stage, with minimal training and management.

Responsibilities and Duties

o Executive level support

o Creating, tracking and resolving IT trouble tickets (Level I/II)

o Windows Desktop support

o Active Directory Level I/II support (Access Controls, Group Membership, Security)

o Microsoft Exchange Level I/II support (add, manage, remove mail users)

o File & Print Server support/troubleshooting

o Software repository management and deployment (Windows Deployment Services)

o Hardware deployment of computers, printers etc

o General workstation troubleshooting

o Third party application support

o Maintain a register of IT assets

o Develop, maintain, and organize system administrator technical documentation

o Manage site network cabling/patching

o Lead or resource IT Project work where identified

o Deliver end user technical training where required

o Provide absence cover for other site based IT team members

Qualifications and Required Skills

o Undergraduate degree (MIS or Computer Science a plus) or equivalent business experience and minimum three years experience in an Information Technology setting

o Demonostrated experience with executive level support and interaction

o A+ and/or Net+ certification

o Demonstrated ability to be a self-starter, work independently and achieve stated goals

o Demonstrated initiative, self-reliance and proactive behavior

o Strong customers focus and service orientation with business users at all levels

o Thorough follow-up and escalation as required on all business issues is essential

o Strong analytical, problem solving and communication skills (written and oral)

o Able to manage multiple priorities and work well under pressure

o Ability to learn new concepts, hardware and technologies quickly

o Ability to work effectively in a changing environment and manage multiple activities

o Strong organizational skills to structure and manage tasks from initiation to completion

o Ability to work flexible schedules including availability outside of normal working hours
